PP/PVC Custom Fabrication

We manufacture PP/PVC purification towers, wastewater-treatment towers, piping, flange connections, tanks, air-duct housings and non-standard structural components.

Products are made according to customer drawings, samples, site dimensions and process requirements. Material selection, wall thickness, interface position, flange standard, reinforcement structure and installation method are confirmed before production.

Fabrication work can support environmental engineering, wastewater treatment, exhaust-gas treatment, chemical storage, workshop ventilation, equipment protection and project accessory requirements.

Fabrication Parameters: The fabrication plan is confirmed according to material thickness, pipe diameter, welds, flanges, interfaces, corrosive operating conditions, service temperature and on-site installation method.

Material and Structure: PP, PVC, PC and related plastic or metal materials are selected by medium, temperature, corrosion resistance and load requirements; reinforcement ribs, support frames, manholes and inspection ports are arranged according to drawings.

Documentation Delivery: Drawings, material notes, dimensions, inspection records, packing details and project documents are organized according to customer requirements and final confirmed fabrication scope.

Drawing confirmation, material descriptions, dimension checks, inspection records, protective packaging, container loading and shipping documents can be provided as supporting deliverables.

Typical applications include purification towers, exhaust-gas ducts, wastewater-treatment tanks, dosing boxes, filter housings, pipe assemblies, protective covers and non-standard equipment shells.

Custom fabrication can be supplied together with control cabinets, pumps, fans, brackets, fasteners and installation accessories when a project needs coordinated delivery.
